Our materials have certified thermal conductivity (k) values. Graphite sheets rapidly spread heat from high-power sources. In AI server tests, swapping in our silicone pads reduced chip temperature by 15–25 °C, meeting stringent thermal budgets.

Can materials fit complex geometries? Do you support custom shapes?

What about temperature rating and service life?

Standard operating range is –40 °C to 160 °C. For hotter environments (industrial control, EV), we provide high-temp grades with long-term stability.

Lead times for samples and mass production? Can you supply performance reports?

Free samples in 1–3 days and mass production in 7–20 days (expedite available). We provide full reports: k value, temperature endurance, and cooling performance (ΔT tests) to support your thermal validation.
